Teri Watson
Founder & Creative Director
Teri Watson is an Architectural Designer located in Miami, FL. She received her Bachelor of Architectural Studies from Florida A&M University and her Masters in Architecture from Florida International University. Teri is the founder of YEN Studio and an Architectural Research Assistant for Robotics and Architectural Digital Fabrication.
“After practicing professionally for over seven years, I decided to launch this passion project to bridge the gap between minority professionals and the public. It was also important for me to create a space where architects, architectural designers, and engineers of color had a place to connect and collaborate. The Hood was created to give back to the profession and show how our talents impact local neighborhoods and communities .” -Teri Watson
